Terms of Use

Scope

These Terms apply to your use of the smartphone apps provided by nskn apps ("we"; the "Apps"). By using the Apps, you agree to these Terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps downloaded from the App Store.

Paid features

Some features are paid, either as one-time purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions, and are charged through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your device settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds follow each store's policy.

Restoring purchases

If you change devices, use "Restore purchase" in the app with the same store account to regain access to features you bought.

Your data

Data in the Apps is mainly stored on your device. Please keep your own backups in case of device failure, loss or deleting the app.

Prohibited use

Do not modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Apps, or use them in ways that break the law.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that the Apps fit your particular purpose, always work correctly, or are free of bugs. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Apps, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Changes to the Apps

We may change or stop providing the Apps without notice.

Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms, we will post the update on this page. Using the Apps after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
