FAQ

Where are my photos saved?: Both in the app and in your Photos app. If they don't appear in Photos, open the iPhone Settings app → Fieldstamp → Photos and allow at least "Add Photos Only". Photos marked "In app only" can be saved to Photos later from the app.
The address is missing or incomplete.: Turn location on and take the photo near a window or outdoors once the "GPS ±m" number is small. Addresses come from your phone's map data, so they may stop at the block number where the map has no house number.
Is the time stamp proof?: The time comes from your phone's clock. It does not prove a photo hasn't been altered.
I bought Pro but it isn't unlocked.: Open Settings and tap "Restore purchase". If a family member bought it, check that Family Sharing is turned on.
What is free?: Taking photos, time, address, coordinates, label, saving to Photos and sharing are all free, with no ads. Stamp position, size and color, a logo, numbering and saved labels come with Pro (one-time purchase).
