FAQ

I bought Pro but it isn't unlocked.: Open the Pro screen and tap "Restore purchase".
How do I cancel the Yearly plan?: On your iPhone, open Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → Crochet Counter Pro. You keep Pro until the end of the current period.
How do I remove ads?: Ads are removed with Pro (Lifetime or Yearly). Tap "Remove ads" at the bottom of the project list.
How do I move my projects to a new phone?: On the project list, tap the cloud icon at the top right → "Export to a file", save it to iCloud Drive or Files, then choose "Import from a file" on the new phone.
My projects disappeared.: On the project list, tap the cloud icon to restore one of the automatic backups from the last 7 days.
The widget doesn't count.: Counting from the widget is a Pro feature. Open the app once and the taps from the widget are added to your project.
